Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking an Assistant Product Development and Management to support the development and management of medical devices and equipment products. You will assist in resource planning, market analysis, and coordinating marketing efforts with the sales team.

The role involves conducting customer interviews, building business cases, and helping manage product roadmaps while representing the company at public events. Travel readiness and independent work style are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• Basic degree in related field with 2–3 years of experience.
• OT Nurses with 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience in Medical Devices and equipment sales is encouraged.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamics and competitions.
• Assist strategic planning and leadership to drive brand performance in ensuring successful market penetration.
• Prioritize product features and communicate the reasons behind this to the Manager.
• Perform customer interviews and market assessment.
• Analyze customer experience and demands.
• Build a business case for the new portfolio encompassing medical devices & equipment.
• Assist in formulating, directing, and coordinating all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote the brand, working with the sales team.
• Assist in managing product road maps and releases.
• Generate new product ideas.
• Create and enhance relationships with key customers, thought leaders, associations, and industry players and implement established KOL strategy.
• Attend life OT cases supporting the sales team.
• Support CMEs and conduct product training for the Sales Team.
• Act as a product evangelist and represent the company at public events.
