Job summary

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or outlet management, including 1–2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in retail, auto detailing or automotive retail is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Valid driving license and own transport.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead full outlet operations and drive monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute outlet sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with car owners, dealers, workshops and industry partners.
• Monitor sales performance, customer inquiries, quotations, appointments and conversion rates.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales and installation teams.
• Ensure customers receive professional advice, quality service and timely follow-up.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor expenses, inventory, manpower planning and efficiency.
• Ensure installation work and branch presentation meet quality standards.
• Prepare regular sales, operational and performance reports for management.
• Analyse competitors, market trends and customer feedback.
• Support local marketing activities and campaigns.
• Assist special assignments and ad-hoc projects as required.

About the Role:-

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Outlet Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the outlet, drive sales growth and manage the team effectively.

You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, improving team performance and supporting the overall growth of the outlet. This hands-on leadership position requires both strategic thinking and strong operational execution.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, sales and customer service skills. Experience in the automotive, Paint Protection Film, car detailing or related industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead full outlet operations and drive monthly revenue targets.

Key Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in retail or outlet management, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Background in the retail industry, auto detailing or automotive retail industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
