Qualifications

About the role

MW INFINITY is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communications strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. You will work collaboratively with experienced marketing professionals to contribute to the strategic marketing initiatives that help MW INFINITY achieve its business objectives and strengthen its market position.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Support the creation and distribution of marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns and promotional materials

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategy

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communications

Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI

Assist in the organisation and management of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities

Support the maintenance of marketing databases, customer lists and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving marketing processes, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with marketing software, social media platforms and basic analytics tools

Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels and customer engagement strategies

Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and quality standards

Preferred experience with graphic design software, content management systems or social media marketing management tools

Preferred experience in a previous marketing or communications role or internship
