Job summary

MW INFINITY in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Event & Roadshow Crew to support the planning, execution and delivery of our events and roadshows. You will work with the events team to ensure smooth operations and create memorable experiences for attendees.

The role requires hands-on participation, strong organization, and the ability to work weekends as needed. You will assist with setup, registration, vendor coordination and post-event data collection, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, roadshows or similar roles, or a relevant qualification in event management or marketing.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical capability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic event management software.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in fast-paced environments.

We are seeking a Junior Event & Roadshow Crew to join the dynamic team at MW INFINITY. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As a Junior Event & Roadshow Crew member, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and delivery of our company's events and roadshows. This position is instrumental in ensuring that our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on attendees.
