Job summary

Black Canyon Restaurant Malaysia is seeking a proactive candidate to support daily restaurant operations, including service flow and kitchen coordination. You will lead by example on the floor, guide crew, and ensure smooth service while maintaining cleanliness and brand standards.

The role involves crew scheduling, coaching, handling customer feedback, and basic cost controls. Training programs and assessments are provided, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in F&B / retail / customer service
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable working 5 days per week on rotating shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
• Willing to relocate or transfer to different outlets based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, opening & closing)
• Lead by example on the floor — guide crew, resolve issues, and ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards at all times
• Assist in crew scheduling, daily briefings, and on-the-job coaching
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Support stock ordering, inventory checks, and basic cost control
• Learn to analyse simple reports (sales, labour, wastage) and identify improvements
• Participate in structured training programs and assessments
