Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to onboarding, across all levels in Malaysia. You will collaborate with department heads, post on major platforms, source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate with managers while maintaining databases and recruitment metrics.

The role also involves managing internship programs, attending career fairs, and supporting employer branding initiatives in compliance

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and hiring practices.
• Familiar with local job portals (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of positions from advertising to onboarding.
• Liaise with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms in Malaysia.
• Actively source candidates via online databases, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics and reports.
