Job summary

AIA Digital+ invites graduates to join its HRIT operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You will contribute to simple system configuration changes, testing, documentation, and data-related activities while building expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.

Ideal candidates are graduates with Java programming experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work extended hours when needed. This role offers a pathway to permanent employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• University graduate in computer science or related discipline.
• Experience in Java programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely; proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIT operations with system configuration changes, testing, documentation and data-related tasks.
• Execute testing, validation and QA activities including AI-assisted testing.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Perform data validation, quality checks and reporting.
• Support AI initiatives through knowledge management and automation support.
• Collaborate with HRIT team to support project delivery and operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

About the Role

• Support HRIT operations by delivering simple system configuration changes, testing activities, documentation, data-related tasks, and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.
• Perform simple system configuration changes and support system enhancements under supervision.
• Execute testing, validation, and quality assurance activities, including AI-assisted testing.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, reporting, and other data-related activities.
• Support AI initiatives through knowledge management, automation support, and bot performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with HRIT team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate accountability, quality, and a continuous learning mindset, with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.
• Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage
• Possess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills
• Able to write clearly and concisely
• Able to work extended hours when necessary
• Possess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative, self-motivation
• Able to manage priorities and tasks and time efficiently
