COMPOSITES TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance/Quality Management leader with 5–8 years of experience to drive quality across products and processes in a high-tech aerospace/composite environment. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a solid background in QMS, Six Sigma, Lean, RCA, and SPC.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, Six Sigma, Lean, RCA and SPC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Establish quality metrics, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Liaise with internal and external parties (customer) for any quality issue.
• Champion quality initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.
• Report on quality performance to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Maintain 5S and participate in Lean activities.
• Perform any other tasks given by Superior.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a technical discipline such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or Material Science.

Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in a relevant industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience with SAP and CATIA is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
