Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Cash Partnership for Transaction Banking (Contract Management). You will drive product innovation, implement initiatives, and oversee revenue growth for tailored payment and cash management solutions via API integration.

In this role you will draft and negotiate agreements, manage a broad set of cash management and API banking contracts, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product,

• Draft, review, negotiate and execute transaction banking agreements
• Manage cash management, payment, collection, virtual account, host-to-host and API banking service agreements
• Review terms and conditions, pricing schedules and customer mandates
• Ensure contract clauses comply with bank policies and regulations
• Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations and Relationship Managers
• Act as the point of contact for contract-related issues
• Support corporate clients during documentation and onboarding stages
• Identify legal and operational risks in transaction banking products
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks
• Track contract renewals, amendments and expiries

Assistant Manager, Cash Partnership, Transaction Banking (Contract Management)

Assist and support the Team Lead of Cash Partnership in driving product innovation, implementation, operational excellence, efficiency, and revenue growth for customized payment and collection solutions, via tailored transaction banking and cash management solutions through API integration.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate and execute transaction banking agreements

Manage cash management, payment, collection, virtual account, host-to-host and API banking service agreements

Review terms and conditions, pricing schedules and customer mandates

Ensure contract clauses comply with bank policies and regulations

Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations and Relationship Managers

Act as the point of contact for contract-related issues

Support corporate clients during documentation and onboarding stages
