Responsibilities

• Plan recruitment, training and development for Life Division agency forces.
• Design and implement training, sales & promotional activities to motivate agency forces.
• Grow branch production and recruitment.
• Assist branch life operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with operations staff on life operation matters.
• Develop new areas via business networking, roadshows, worksite marketing & company promotion to recruit potential agencies.
• Assist, maintain & develop life agency business through daily report monitoring & activities to achieve budgets.
• Collaborate with agency leaders to support and help achieve targets.
• Conduct relevant industry training such as product knowledge or compliance training.
