Job summary

Vistra is hiring an Assistant Manager – Order to Cash in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end O2C processes within a Shared Services Centre, driving accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across invoicing, collections, and cash application.

You will shape process improvements, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure compliance with SOX and regulatory standards while fostering a high-performance finance team in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in Order to Cash or related finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes in a shared services or global business services environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.

• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and process health.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) and external customers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer or process issues.
• Compliance & Controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Team Development
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning.

Job Summary:
