Job summary

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant M&E / Building Operations Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of the company's facilities across Sabah. You will supervise building operations, manage M&E systems, coordinate with external contractors, monitor performance, and help implement maintenance strategies.

The role requires a relevant technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, several years' FM experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
• Several years' experience in a building operations or facilities management role.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance, HVAC systems, and property management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall supervision and management of building operations, including mechanical and electrical systems.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the overall supervision and management of building operations, including mechanical and electrical systems

Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors and service providers

Monitor building performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development and implementation of building maintenance strategies

Provide technical support and advice to facility users and stakeholders
