Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an architectural coordinator to work with architects, consultants and site teams. You will review drawings, monitor progress and prepare progress reports for ongoing projects.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Architecture and LAM registration with 1–3 years of relevant construction experience, strong reading of drawings and solid communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building or related field.
• LAM registration required with 1-3 years construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and revisions.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Coordinate drawing submissions, approvals and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
