  • Assist in marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, technical).
  • Collect client feedback and support product/system improvements.
  • Provide product-related consultation, training, and documentation.
  • Coordinate account setup and communication with external stakeholders.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
