Job summary

Omniwise International Group Of Companies (OIGC) in Sepang, Selangor is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager, Human Resources to lead core HR activities across our workforce. This role focuses on people management, workforce planning and HR compliance, while administrative matters are handled by the Admin Manager.

You will work with the CEO and senior teams to strengthen recruitment, employee relations, performance management and workforce effectiveness across our manpower-intensive operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least five years of HR experience in manpower-intensive environments.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, transfers and separations.
• Develop workforce and manpower plans based on operations and contracts.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports and headcount data.
• Support payroll by validating attendance, allowances and movements.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate local and foreign workforce documentation and deployments.
• Develop HR policies, performance-management systems and engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR insights to CEO and senior leadership.
