Job summary

Envictus International Holdings Limited in Petaling is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager – Tax & Treasury to support the Finance Manager in overseeing tax compliance, treasury operations, financial reporting, and process improvement. The role will also involve supervising junior finance staff and coordinating with internal stakeholders, auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or treasury.
• Hands-on experience in Malaysian tax, SST compliance, and e‑Invoicing reconciliation.
• Experience in treasury, cash flow management, and banking facilities is preferred.
• Experience supervising junior finance staff is an advantage.
• Audit experience and exposure to group consolidation would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, accounting systems, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Navision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support tax compliance, including SST submissions and tax reporting.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking facilities.
• Assist with group consolidation and management reporting.
• Support internal and external audits and respond to audit queries.
• Identify process improvements across finance, tax, and treasury functions.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff and liaise with stakeholders.
