Job summary

PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior treasury and tax professional to oversee treasury and tax functions, ensuring optimal cash flow management, funding readiness, and banking compliance. The role requires strong experience in liquidity management, risk mitigation, and cross-border tax considerations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CTIM/ICAEW).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CTIM, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury and tax functions, ensuring effective cash flow management and funding availability.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements for business operations.
• Manage and monitor banking facilities and ensure banking compliance.
• Optimise working capital and cash utilisation to support financial objectives.
• Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks and ensure tax compliance across the organisation.
• Monitor compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
