Job summary

Asiabina Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to manage full set accounts, cashflow, and tax compliance in a property/construction context. The role requires at least 6 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Certificate in Finance or related field, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

You will lead a small team and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and management to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development or construction, or in audit covering these industries.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting.
• Diploma/Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts with knowledge of Emas / mySQL system and general costing basics.
• Arrange monthly agent commission, incentive payments and CP58 annually.
• Review debtors aging and credit control.
• Ensure all transactions recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
• Review invoices and documentation for approvals prior to payment.
• Prepare general ledger, management accounts and reports for Management's review.
• Prepare accurate Final Accounts for audit and tax submission purposes.
• Maintain filing system and keep documentation up to date.
• Liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers and government authorities.
• Cashflow and treasury management including forecasts.
• Tax planning, filing, and compliance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior/Management.
