Job summary

WARRENSLOVE (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Finance Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the finance function. You will manage the full set of accounts, monthly closings, and financial reporting while coordinating tax, SST, e-Invoice, and statutory compliance.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with external auditors and banks. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role requires strong oversight of cash flow forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal controls to support the company’s

Responsibilities

• Manage full set accounts, including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
• Manage cash flow forecasts, budgets and variance analysis
• Coordinate SST, corporate tax, e-Invoice, audit and statutory compliance
• Review distributor commission calculations, accruals and payments
• Handle applicable CP58, Section 107D withholding tax and self-billed e-Invoice requirements
• Reconcile inventory and transactions with warehouses and third-party logistics providers
• Develop finance SOPs, approval workflows and internal controls
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties
• Guide junior finance team members as the department grows
