Job summary

CK Ingredient Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Production Executive to oversee daily production and plant operations, ensuring targets are met and output quality remains high. You will coordinate manpower, monitor machinery in collaboration with maintenance, and lead process improvements while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) with 2–3 years of experience and strong

Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage daily production and plant operations.
• Monitor production output, productivity, yield, wastage and downtime to meet targets.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and supervise production personnel.
• Collaborate with relevant departments for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with Maintenance on breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with workers to resolve daily issues.

Job Requirements
