Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and laundry management.
• Leadership, team management and staff training capabilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and other departments.
• Manage training and staff development; implement KPI tracking and quality systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards and hospitality laws.
• Plan and supervise scheduling, inspections, and maintenance programs.
