Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and is full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as Executive Housekeeper in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, hygiene and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, team management and staff training capabilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Good communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
• Knowledge of hospitality regulations, health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain quality maintenance systems and adherence to KPIs.
• Ensure staff are trained on service protocols and guest valuables handling.
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction across areas.
• Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping personnel for efficiency.
• Manage uniforms, linen, towels and equipment inventory.
• Inspect guest and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
