Job summary

Infineon Technologies is seeking a qualified Facilities professional to oversee the Plant Facilities infra services, ensuring smooth operation and swift response to issues. The role includes supervising contractor teams and maintaining 5S, ESH, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a B0 11kV Chargeman Certificate with at least five years in facilities or manufacturing, and be proficient in English and basic MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B0 11kV Chargeman Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities or manufacturing environment.
• Able to communicate in English language.

• Ensure continuous smooth running of operation of Plant Facilities infra services.
• Attend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF engineers/managers.
• Create and update status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM.
• Manage teams of contractors on the operation of infra services.
• Act as a competent person during the shift on electrical installations within your competency.
• Attend to all switch rooms and infrastructure equipment; troubleshoot and rectify production machine power failures/tripping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous smooth running of operation of Plant Facilities infra services and supplies.
• Attend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF engineers and managers on any excursion.
• Create and update status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM.
• Manage teams of contractors on the operation of infra services.
• Act as a competent person during the shift on any electrical installation under your competency level.
• Attend to all switch rooms and infrastructure equipment; troubleshoot and rectify production machine power failures/tripping, and provide a breakdown & investigation report upon completion.
• Ensure workplace is maintained and performs in accordance with 5S practice, ESH requirements, and statutory compliance, and carry out any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Minimum B0 11kV Chargeman Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities or manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
• Able to communicate in English language.
• Knowledge in installation, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Knowledge in legal requirements (DOSH, DOE, ST, etc).
• Knowledge in problem solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5Y1H, etc.).
• Experience in acceptance testing & commissioning, buy-off, etc.
