Cognizant is seeking a Security Governance Lead to oversee the delivery governance of security services for a major customer. You will coordinate security service delivery across help desks, service-area groups, and third parties, ensuring alignment with SLAs and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing service levels and reporting against SLAs.
• Ability to coordinate security incidents across multiple suppliers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security incident response processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate security service delivery with help desks and other service-area groups.
• Report performance against SLAs and ensure minimum service levels are met.
• Assess risks and recommend mitigations for changes to security infrastructure.
• Inform customers of vulnerabilities or breaches with recommended solutions.
• Act as escalation point for emergencies and audit coordination.
• Provide access to security dashboards and deliver scheduled reports.
