Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, or mission-critical environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans across different project stages.
• Support cost benchmarking and data analysis for key construction and engineering packages.
• Track project expenditure and highlight any potential cost risks or variances.
