• Partner with the Sales team to evaluate business performance, customer profitability, and channel profitability, translating financial insights into actionable business decisions.
• Lead trade investment planning, monitoring, and post-promotion evaluation to optimize trade spend and maximize return on investment.
• Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
• Manage monthly financial closing, conduct channel performance reviews, perform variance analysis, and track follow-up actions.
• Ensure strong financial controls, trade spend governance, policy compliance, and continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and business insights.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or commercial finance, preferably within an FMCG or sales-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial decision‑making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
