Dynamic Fitness Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead marketing strategy and drive commercial growth across six Anytime Fitness Malaysia clubs. You will partner with the Country Manager and oversee marketing initiatives, partnerships, events and campaigns.

You will manage budgets, coach the Digital Marketing Executive, and ensure data-driven decision making through analytics and reporting. The role is based in Malaysia with multi-site responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in marketing/commercial roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience running digital campaigns (not just managing agencies).
• Strong analytics, Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
• Experience in multi-site consumer services, fitness, retail or hospitality preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own annual and monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars.
• Set budgets and campaign objectives; coach Digital Marketing Executive.
• Run and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and CRM-driven journeys.
• Audit campaign setups and performance as needed.
• Develop corporate memberships, partnerships and local activations.
• Translate leads into membership sales with club managers.
• Coordinate marketing operations across all clubs and events.
• Oversee marketing-to-sales reporting including CPL and conversion rate.
• Review GymSales and TalkHub data with club teams and take corrective actions.
