Job summary

Mammoth Empire Project Management seeks an Architectural Assistant to support the Project Architect with management and submission of architectural drawings for mall and building projects in Malaysia, Selangor.

You will prepare drawings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure timely submissions and updates. The role requires strong coordination and communication skills and a degree in architecture or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural submissions and building/mall development projects.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect in managing architectural drawing and submissions.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Prepare building and mall fit-out submission drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants and other relevant parties.
• Liaise with authorities, mall management, consultants and contractors.
• Review and revise drawings according to project and submission requirements.
• Assist the Project Architect with project documentation and submission follow-up.
• Ensure drawings and documents are properly maintained and updated.
