The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments, uphold hospital policies and regulatory standards, and deliver efficient, customer-focused service to patients and families.

• Handling Guarantee Letters (GL), verifying coverage, and ensuring proper documentation for patients.
• Managing patient admission and discharge processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Performing cashiering duties, collecting payments and issuing receipts accurately.
• Maintaining billing accuracy, ensuring all charges are correctly captured and recorded.
• Supporting smooth patient flow by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards while delivering efficient and customer-focused service.
