• MS Office proficiency with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good interpersonal and leadership abilities; capable of building relationships across teams.
• Fluent English; able to write business letters and reports; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes’ functions and objectives across Business Areas.
• Provide ideas and solutions to smoothen complex processes.
• Quality control and timely updates to the internal error log.
• Participate in and execute Emergency Escalation Plans for Operations Teams.
• Share best practices related to Asset Services processes across the team.
• Maintain self-efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Engage with stakeholders, clients and other relevant parties.
• Initiate ideas for process improvements.
