Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to steer people and project initiatives within its asset servicing hub in Putrajaya. You will champion talent development, set clear expectations, and drive key departmental programs in collaboration with business analysts and operations teams.

The role focuses on shaping the future operating model, managing risks, and guiding strategic plans to sustain growth and service excellence across the European client base served from Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in relevant financial service expertise with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Good knowledge of the Fund/Trust Industry and Financial Markets in general.
• Prior exposure to Operational Risk and corresponding risk monitoring tools.
• Strong managerial skills, with a proven track record of managing change.

Responsibilities

• Drive people initiatives through formulation of development plans with the team managers to build a talent pipeline.
• Set clear expectations and goals, provide regular feedback and encourage employees, and support career growth.
• Drive key projects for the department with the Business Analyst and operation teams, manage risk areas and ensure project quality.
