Job summary

VTS Group seeks an Asset Controller to assist the Head of Department in performing asset audits and reporting for all company assets. You will prepare asset listings for each department and email them to the respective departmental admin in-charge for monthly checking.

You will verify departmental asset listings, conduct monthly random checks, and manage KKIP Warehouse records. You will also support document control and ensure asset policies are followed across HQ, sites, and branches.
