Job summary

Acre Works in Malaysia is seeking an Asset Assistant (Inventory Control) to maintain accurate inventory and asset records across sites using FieldEx. You will support stock control and asset management with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 1–3 years in inventory/warehouse roles, familiarity with inventory systems, and strong Excel/documentation skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a focus on organisational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, store or asset management. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with FieldEx is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation.
• Good organisational, coordination and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records in FieldEx.
• Record receiving, issuing, transfers and returns on a timely basis.
• Verify materials against Delivery Orders (DO) and approved Material Requisition Forms (MRF).
• Track company tools and assets across sites, stores and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate inventory variances.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, housekeeping and safety of inventory areas.
• Maintain DO, GRN, MRF and asset transfer documentation.
• Prepare inventory and asset reports and coordinate with site, procurement and logistics teams.
