Job summary

JF Technology in Malaysia offers an Assembly Technician Internship for Diploma students, providing hands-on exposure to precision mechanical assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting within the semiconductor industry.

You will work alongside experienced technicians, supporting assembly activities and gaining practical production experience at Kota Damansara, with an internship allowance of RM 850 per month.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or relevant courses.
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and testing of mechanical components and test contactors according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions under supervision.
• Support the assembly team in completing products according to the production schedule and quality requirements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to basic machining processes and assist machinists with tasks and routine machine maintenance.
• Assist technicians in identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical or assembly issues related to test sockets and contactors.
• Perform basic measurement and inspection of assembled products using appropriate measuring equipment.
