Job summary

Prospect Workforce Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assembly Technician in Kajang to support our manufacturing operations. A Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering is required, and fresh graduates are welcome.

You will perform assembly, set up and installation according to drawings, participate in IPC training, and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor level in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in wire harness or module assembly is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Working style: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 6pm
• Contract Durations : 3 months + 6 months
• Salary : RM 2000 (Diploma) & RM 2200 (Degree)

Responsibilities

• Perform related task assigned by production manager on assembly process.
• Committed to IPC training transfer from Engineers.
• Committed, dependable and ability to learn quickly.
• Perform assembly, set up & installation according to spec./drawing.
• Ensure quality concept followed at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement on assembly process.
• Perform 5S activities.
