G-SHANK is seeking an Assembly Manager to oversee production management including time planning, productivity analysis, and daily scheduling. The role involves designing assembly and QC fixtures, updating process times, and setting machine parameters per product specs.

The incumbent will ensure on-time delivery and push production improvements to maximize machine utilization. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, reflecting our international client

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsabilités

• Production management including process time management, productivity analysis, and daily production planning.
• Design and fabricate assembly process jig/fixture.
• Design and fabricate QC checking jig/fixture.
• Set individual process times and update accordingly.
• Set machine/jig parameters according to product specifications.
• Ensure delivery lead time and propose improvements to production to fully utilize machine capacity.
