Job summary

The role involves assembling parts, installing and adjusting components, and assisting with commissioning and testing in a production setting. Candidates should be experienced in mechanical assembly or equipment installation, able to read basic drawings, and proficient with tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and calipers.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or automation equipment installation preferred.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings preferred.
• Able to use common tools such as electric screwdrivers, wrenches, and calipers.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and able to work in a production site environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients preferred.
• Reliable and able to work long-term.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assembling automation equipment, mechanical components, fixtures, or related equipment.

2. Install, fasten, adjust, and fix components according to drawings or supervisor instructions.

3. Assist with equipment commissioning, trial runs, and issue checking.

4. Organize components, use tools properly, and maintain the assembly work area.

5. Complete assembly tasks according to production schedules.

Requirements:

1. Experience in mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, or automation equipment installation is preferred.

2. Ability to read basic mechanical drawings is preferred.
