Job summary

Hirehub Group, Senai, Johor, is seeking an Assembly Technician for plastic injection-molding parts. The role involves assembling parts, performing inspections, and reporting defects. You will support the production line to meet targets while adhering to 5S and safety rules. Fresh graduates welcomed; diploma holders preferred.

Location is Senai, Johor. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat 9:00AM-1:00PM. Salary range RM4,000–RM6,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble injection-molded plastic parts using manual tools or fixtures according to SOPs and drawings.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspection of molded parts and assembled products.
• Identify defects and report issues such as flash, short shots, deformation, or surface marks.
• Trim excess material and clean parts as required.
• Record production output and quality data accurately.
• Follow safety rules, 5S, and workplace discipline requirements.
• Support line leaders in meeting daily production targets.
• Assist in rework or sorting activities when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.


• Relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.


• Solid knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting, capable of resolving technical issues independently.


• Willingness to work in a factory environment, with a strong sense of teamwork.
