Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in agriculture or related field.
• 15+ years leadership experience in international organisations.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with governments, CGIAR entities, development partners, and the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Asia Strategy and drive regional impact.
• Develop regional partnerships and resource mobilisation.
• Strengthen regional positioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance across Asia.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Asia teams.
