Job summary

GRI seeks a Network Director – ASEAN to lead strategy and delivery across ASEAN, translating global priorities into regional plans and partnerships. This senior role reports to the Director of Regional Networks and drives uptake of GRI Standards, while shaping a sustainable regional business model and revenue base.

The role requires overseeing a high-performing team, coordinating with global teams, and traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in sustainability, business development or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven record leading multi-country strategy in ASEAN or similar context.
• Experience developing markets, partnerships, and revenue through earned income.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead GRI’s strategy across ASEAN with measurable goals.
• Oversee regional portfolio, partnerships, and revenue generation.
• Ensure delivery of programs, proposals, and financial reporting.
• Coach and develop a high-performing regional team across ASEAN.
