AstraZeneca in Asia seeks a Director of International Regulatory Policy & Intelligence to lead policy development and advocacy across Asia (ex-China and Japan). The role collaborates with regional and global experts to anticipate regulatory changes, shaping AZ's responses to ensure medicines reach patients in the region.

You will drive regulatory intelligence, engage with health authorities, and guide policy programs while mentoring teams across diverse therapeutic areas and modalities.

Formación

• 10+ years in global regulatory affairs across Asia, Latin America and MEA.
• Understanding of external policy and advocacy aligned with international regions.
• Experience with Drug Development regulatory processes and health authority interactions.
• Ability to lead policy strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory policy topics coordinated by the Global Regulatory Policy Team/International Policy and Intelligence lead.
• Provide regulatory procedural/environmental advice to key customers/stakeholders internationally.
• Support development of regulatory policy documents and scorecards/KPIs.
• Represent AZ on external committees focusing on Asia with international teams.
• Engage with governments and trade associations on international policy issues.
