Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or science.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and/or product development roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in metallization, plating, PCB, or electronics‑related industries.
  • Experience in technology roles (R&D or Applications) is a plus.
  • Strong team player who is self‑motivated, with analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate both business and technical information.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrates resilience; is open‑minded and willing to learn.
  • Able to travel frequently to OEM and customer sites across Asia (~50%).
  • Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and strong energy and passion for the role.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Understand PCB value chains, technologies, market trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the business.
  • Build strategic partnerships and expand customer base through various marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities and risks, and work with functional teams to develop and drive appropriate actions.
  • Experienced professional or supervisor with in‑depth knowledge in a technical or specialized area, responsible for completing complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies and practices, under minimal supervision.
  • May supervise employees, focused on task performance, and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized processes.
  • Requires in‑depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and advanced knowledge of related job disciplines.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and differentiators in the market.
  • Has built a detailed understanding of market, function, processes, and policies gained through multiple years of experience.
  • Interprets and applies organizational policies; recommends changes/improvements to specialized processes and procedures.
  • May have formal supervisory responsibilities, guiding and prioritizing the activities of individual contributors with similar responsibilities.
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Works independently with minimal guidance, providing guidance to less senior team members.
  • Assignments often require independent judgment and evaluation.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
