Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or channel management in specialty materials or related markets.
• Strong ability to develop new applications, manage a sales pipeline, and convert customer needs into opportunities.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Bahasa is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for C&IC across ASEAN markets.
• Develop growth opportunities across graphics, active packaging, industrial packaging, design and consumer goods, etc.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, converters, printers, brand owners, end users, and partners.
• Manage channel partners through plans, pipeline reviews, and follow-up.
• Identify unmet needs and translate into new applications with cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer presentations, product positioning discussions, sample follow-up, and value-selling activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and substitutes.
• Drive execution with forecasting, CRM updates, and cross-functional communication.
