Job summary

Fumakilla Malaysia Berhad is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives in Sibu and Kuching, Sarawak. You will drive daily to monthly KPIs, manage distributor and account relationships, and identify new outlets to expand market coverage.

The role requires 2–5 years in FMCG sales, with strong Excel skills and excellent relationship management. A SPM or Diploma in Business Management or related field is preferred. Based in Sarawak with on-site work.

Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, supervise, and motivate sales representatives

Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs across assigned territories Distributor & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with general trade, modern trade or wholesale/retail

New Business Development: Identify new outlets and expand market coverage

Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, competitors' activities, and inventory movement, reporting metrics regularly to the Sales Manager

Special Skills:

Deep understanding of FMCG distribution networks, route-to-market strategies, and general/modern trade dynamics Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills Good relationship management and interpersonal skills Good team management and people leadership capabilities Good command of Microsoft Excel

Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Management or a related field preferred

Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in FMCG sector
