Job summary

You will focus on route planning, real-time adjustments, safety compliance, and regular reporting to senior management, while driving continuous improvements and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate leadership and ability to manage a field operations team.
• Experience in coordinating courier or logistics operations and route planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day courier drop points and outlets within the designated area.
• Supervise sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Recruit, train, and manage drivers, couriers, and support staff.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintain an efficient workforce.
• Prepare regular operational performance reports for senior management.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
