• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Hire, train, and manage the performance of store managers and staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with senior management to implement plans.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
