Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Singapore seeks an Area Manager to oversee store performance across multiple locations, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and uphold company standards.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, manage budgets, analyze reports and KPIs, and coach store management teams to exceed targets while delivering a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets for the assigned area.
• Oversee daily operations across all assigned locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives for staff.
• Ensure effective communication between individual locations and senior management.
• Champion a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all stores.
• Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and financial data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on area performance, challenges, and action plans.
