Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales professional to identify and secure new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with building contractors, developers and architects in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements include a minimum SPM or Diploma, 1–2 years in relevant sales, or an engineering qualification; English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are preferred; prior experience selling bathroom and kitchen products is a plus.

Qualifications

SPM or Diploma in related course; fresh graduates accepted.
Engineering qualification is an added advantage.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Experience selling bathroom & kitchen products is a plus.
Independent with strategic thinking, analytical, planning & presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
Negotiates with principals for best pricing and terms in the company's best interest.
Follow up on delivery, shortages & complaints.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required
