Job summary

CRCG (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced coordinator to support architectural, landscape and hardscape projects within hotel development.

You will coordinate with BIM and drafting teams, review drawings, and assist in preparing documents for discussions with Resident Architect and consultants. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, and fluency in English and Chinese for written and spoken translation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel projects for architectural, landscape and hardscape works.
• Able to read architectural, landscape and hardscape drawings.
• Familiar with RFI & RFA submission procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel and Word; BIM/Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal BIM, technical, drafting, document control, QAQC, site teams and consultants (especially Resident Architect) on queries and submissions.
• Check all architectural, hardscape and landscape drawings and raise issues to the team before discussions with consultants.
• Assist team leaders with proper documents/drawings and information for discussions with architects and landscape consultants.
