Job summary

Brighten Malaysia invites a proactive Project Coordinator (AutoCAD) to support a Hong Kong–based main contractor on renovation and A&A projects. You will prepare, update, and coordinate 2D AutoCAD drawings and collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely submissions.

The role suits candidates with 1–3 years in construction, good reading of architectural drawings, and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese with English working capacity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, interior fit-out, or A&A projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD to independently prepare and revise: shop drawings, construction drawings, submission drawings, as-built drawings.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Languages: Mandarin or Cantonese – required; English – working proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update 2D AutoCAD drawings for construction, renovation, and A&A projects.
• Coordinate material submissions, shop drawings, and technical documentation with contractors and subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking project schedules, submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
• Follow up on drawing approvals and project progress.
